You can proceed to cancel the order via the Vettons app directly, provided the order status has not been updated to "Ready To Ship". 

*Note the cancellation button will not be visible once the merchant has updated the status and the cancellation request will not be entertained.  

Step 1: Click the “Packaging Box Icon” image at the bottom of the app --> It will be reflected under “My Shipments”. 

Step 2: Then go to “Order” and click “Active” to view active orders. 

Step 3: Choose the particular shipment. Click the “cancel” button. Select the reason for the order cancellation and provide the refund details.

Step 4: Your order status will be updated as "cancel by consumer" and you will receive an email notification for your reference.
