You can proceed to cancel the order via the Vettons app directly, provided the order status has not been updated to Ready to Ship. 


Please take note the cancellation button will not be visible once the merchant has updated the status and the cancellation request will not be entertained.  


Step 1: Click the “Packaging Box Icon” image at the bottom of the app --> It will be reflected under “My Shipments”. 



Step 2: Then go to “Order” and click “Active” to view active orders. 



Step 3: Choose the particular shipment. Click the “cancel” button. Select the reason for the order cancellation and provide the refund details.






Step 4: Your order status will be updated as "cancel by consumer" and you will receive an email notification for your reference.
